Should I take a digestive enzyme with food while taking pantaprozole asStomach acid is reduced or blocked. I get a lot of painful bloating if I don't take a digestive enzyme. I have also gone thru radiation for an abdominal tumor ( still present ) and presently receiving chemo. My large and small intestines have been compromised because of the cancer treatment.

Any recommendation or confirmation would be helpful, as oncologists just don't seem to know.
