Q. Darral is a junior editor for the psychology division of McGraw publishing organization. She selects ideas for textbooks submitted by faculty for publication and then works with the faculty to develop the book in its final form. This requires many meetings and phone conversations, a lot of travel, much reading and editing of manuscripts and lots of long hours of work. Although she likes her work and is well paid, she is becoming more and more tired and irritable. Lately she has had to push herself to get up in the morning and do the normal job duties which she had so much enjoyed before. She has read about burnout in some of the textbooks she's edited and she's afraid that's illustrated what's happening to her.

Illustrate what should Darral do to handle this situation? Defend your views from the scientific viewpoint in 2 paragraphs.
