In my research am going to start with the qualitative method as it considered one of the two main types of mixed methods ‘'sequencings and dominance''. Talking about qualitative data collection, let's begin with collecting data through language as a primary source for the research. The interview is the famous tool for the data collection. And we have to know the objectives of the research in ways the interview is conducted to get it finally successful (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 127). Interviews should be highly structured, questions tailored and uncover all the research areas. That's why the highly formalized interviews can be considered the best method of gathering information but sometimes it could be a time consuming. Sometimes the interviewees don't wish to divulge the sensitive information or articulate a clear view of answers. That ability of the researcher to recognize the different probing methods to reveal a quite picture is demanded. He can employ the technique of laddering that will help the respondent to move for the statement upwards in such way that he can gradually reveal the individual's value base. The interviewers should avoid becoming bias not to pull the question in the wrong direction. He can let the question open to make the interviewees answer at ease. Probes in data collection will be useful and helpful like (mirroring expression, repeating the initial question, giving ideas or suggestion and so forth).

The in-depth interviews are considered the golden opportunity for the researcher to probe deeply and uncover the new clues of the problems to secure accurate, inclusive accounts that based on personal experience (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 131). A lot of interviews have been conducted one to one basis between interviewer and interviewee to get the answers of prepared a list of questions which the interviewer determined to ask. Some manager prefers to a telephone interview because it easy to reschedule. That time the researcher should commit to the real time and apply chronology technique. To do so, he has to make a frequent telephone conversation centered on the current activities rather than retrospective development to get a highly qualitative result for his research. There are issues of an in-depth interview like obtaining trust. Obtaining trust is one of the significant elements in the interview process (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 136). Failure to develop trust between the interviewee and interviewer will lead to ambiguous of the picture of the research the will pull it in the wrong direction.

Also, I am going to collect data from secondary sources like books and newspaper that has interviews related to my core of my research. The advantage of this source, Is to save the time and efforts (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 140). The collected data is usually qualified because it is published by companies or government. The main advantage is the data, not necessary fit the research question, so the researcher has to frame them.

I will collect data through observation as an alternative strategy for my research. Ethnographic approach implies some close involvement in the organization. Recently one of the most interesting developments through the growth of digital media, the researcher have free access to recent records made by individuals or organizations (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 141). Video recording can be the alternative data collection as can continue to privilege verbal forms of communication over visual forms. The videotape can examine the effects of the material environment of action and interaction, and such studies focus on interaction in a variety of organizational settings (Easterby-Smith, et al., 2012, p. 148).
