List 8-10 actual nonverbal differences between men and women noted in the chapter. Please note if any surprised you? Share one example of how you have personally observed a nonverbal difference between man and women in your communication.

What are possible causes of these differences that were noted in the chapter?

How can you use the information from the chapter to become a more competent communicator?
