Services for caregivers: Design a community-based social and health-care system that could encourage many informal caregivers to use these services for their older care recipients. Include discussion of the theoretical reasons behind the system you designed as well as the programs and procedures to be included. Support your design and discussion with evidence from scholarly sources. Must be 6-8 pages long.
