Service Breakdowns and Difficult Customers

THE ASSIGNMENT

Research the internet and locate an article on one of the following topics:

service breakdowns

conflict resolution

service recovery.

Summarize the article and discuss why the article is important to the customer service provider. Remember to properly cite your article.

ACCEPTABLE LENGTH: minimum of 1 page

FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS:

Put your name, course and section number, and assignment title clearly at the top of the document.

Use at least one-inch margins and an eleven point font.

Use double line spacing in the document.

To Submit

Using Microsoft Word (or another word processing-program allowed by your instructor) save the document with a filename that includes the assignment title, your first initial and last name.
