Consider a case that has been in the media within the past 10-15 years where an organization has either collapsed or severely declined due to a series of managerial choices that can be identified versus an isolated decision.  Clearly state the details of the decision(s) that lead to the collapse or decline of the organization.  Conclude by detailing the steps that could have been taken in an effort to ensure the organization's success.
