Senior management is considering overseas expansion but would like the input of all staff members before making this important decision. As one with previous experience and knowledge, you have been asked to create an informative presentation for an upcoming all-staff meeting in which the senior leadership team will be in attendance.

Design a comprehensive slide presentation consisting of key concepts that summarize key lessons learned from the course. Select a minimum of two (2) other countries to use as examples within your presentation. These could be countries management is considering for initial operations. Be sure to select your countries from various regions of the world in order to create a thorough overview and detailed examples. Key topics for you to address are the supply chain, import regulation, export laws, marketing plans, and any cultural, social and environmental issues.

These are not all of the key topics for the presentation, so expand your presentation to define all key concepts you feel are relevant to the situation. This presentation should be a professional review of the topics in this course and offer specific insights and relevant opinions with critical thinking and solid research.

Highlight significant trends that will affect global business over the next century. Conclude your presentation with specific recommendations as to appropriate marketing strategies that will increase market share and optimize the supply chain for a successful initial effort. Be sure to include the role of finances and investment strategies with this initial expansion.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
