Seller contracted to sell goods to Buyer. The contract was a destination contract. Seller delivered the conforming goods to Shipper, a common carrier, for delivery to Buyer`s place of business. While in transit, and before reaching Buyer, the goods were destroyed by fire. Who bears the loss, seller or buyer? Why? PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL.
