Search for a company or agency that has been in the news recently. Or, a company that is interesting to you. Go to that company (agency's website) and scan the site for press releases or other information about recent activities. Use your judgement and determine where you believe the company or agency is in its life cycle. Is the company going through a rapid expansion? If so, it may be in growth or rebirth phase. Is the company or agency seem to focus on current brands or services, then probably it is in a mature phase.  In your paper describe the mission or purpose of the company/agency. Describe its major products or services.  Then, identify the life cycle phase. Please be sure to include a detail introduction and conclusion on the maturation process or life cycle that businesses go through.
