Scenario:

You will assume the role of human resources manager for "Lunchbox" a media buying agency that helps companies advertise on radio, television, newspapers, and the Internet. You received an email from your supervisor asking you to prepare a presentation for managers that will address a staffing situation. Times have changed, and managers may be younger than the employees who work for them. Because of the changes to the economy, many employees who were going to retire have decided stay. Furthermore, the Age Discrimation in Employment Act of 1967 eliminated a mandatory retirement age.
