Scenario: A middle level manager is assisting you in implementing a new corporate cost-cutting strategy in Panda & Mickey where technology will be replacing personnel in some areas. This manager has reported to you that the initiatives are meeting resistance and, in some cases, outright hostility from subordinates.

Causes : The first reason could be manager do not have enough communication with employees and it leads the misunderstood mission about the strategy for employees .  In this case, because of lack of effective communication, subordinates may have the fear of losing their jobs as they believe that adopting a technology strategy for company which will replace personnel in some areas. In other words, employees see an uncertain future and so resist to this change.
