Samantha, an Oregon resident, buys a Porsche from Southside Porsche of Los Angeles, in Los Angeles, California while she is on vacation in Los Angeles. Shortly after she returns home to Oregon, all four tires fall off the car while she is driving, and Samantha is injured. Understandably upset, Samantha sues Southside Porsche in an Oregon court for negligence and product liability.

Assuming that the cause of action is valid, does the Oregon court have personal jurisdiction over the dealer?
