Sam Seller is selling his car for $1,650.00. Bill Buyer calls Sam and asks if the car is still for sale and Sam says that it is and gives him the details. Bill comes over to see the car and says, "I will take it for $1,600.00" and Bill hands Sam the cash. Sam gives Bill the keys, but before Bill can drive off, Sam complains that the cash is $50.00 short of the selling price.
