• Explain how project assumptions affect procurement, and justify your position.
• List common project constraints affecting procurement and assess their impact.
• Explain how project scope can affect vendor requirements.

Provide credible support for your analysis from current scholarly or professional sources (1-2 sources in addition to the PMBOK is good)
