ROE is one of the most talked about ratios that we will study and learn. From reading the chapter, what are some of things a company can do to improve their ROE without harming their company long term? (for example, there is a limit to how much debt you would take on).

Discuss any one of the components of ROE, but be specific in how you would use that component to improve the company's performance over the next 3-5 years.
