Robert A. Delsman, Jr., maintains a blog. In that blog, he criticized the business practices of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Sedgwick provides insurance claims services to various companies and their employees, including Delsman.

In addition to criticizing Sedgwick via the blog, Delsman mailed postcards styled as "WANTED"posters bearing the photographs of two Sedgwick executives, and included critical commentary. Sedgwick alleges that Delsman engaged in copyright infringement by using the two photos.
