Right now Best Price Cleaning does an average of 9 to 12 jobs a week with an average payout of $80.00 per job. They clean an average of one apartment every 19 days for $300.00 per apartment. The company is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. They want to hire an extra person and pay him or her cash under the table starting at 250.00 while training then 350.00 a week salary once they start doing jobs on his or her own with a pay increase to $400.00 weekly once goal of 30 jobs a week are reached. The employee will receive a week paid vacation after first year is complete from doing jobs on their own. To afford this Best Price Cleaning will need to increase their number of jobs they have from the max number of 3 a day to 6 a day for 5 days a week. This is also on the assumption that the 2 owners and the new employee will clean 2 jobs a day Monday through Friday and clean apartments in the afternoon. This would increase the original 3 jobs $240.00 a day average to 6 jobs 480.00 a day.

The assignment is to make a pie chart showing the current earning vs. a pie chart the shows the future earnings once goals are meet and include the employee's salary at max of $400.00 weekly. Part 2 of the assignment is to draw up an application adding in the information added below:

5. Any injury received on the job is not covered by us because we are paying under the table wages, however we will voluntarily help with some of the medical bills once employed for a year.

6. If anything is reported missing from a house or business that they were cleaning will result in job termination.

7. For each home served, he or she will need to vacuum every room, wash floors, dust, scrub bathrooms and kitchens plus polish as necessary. Interested individuals should prove physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and performing other repetitious physical activities for the duration of shifts.
