Review current news articles regarding business practices and leadership decisions. Select one organization, and then discuss practices found in the organization that can be used as a best case model for other organizations. You may select an organization in which you are already familiar with its leadership and practices. Be sure to address the following in your analysis:
- Identify qualities about the organization's leadership that exemplifies ethical standards and practices.
- Determine the impact of their leadership and management styles on the organization.
- Discuss leadership's decisions concerning communication, motivation, and control within an organization.
Support your analysis with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your analysis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
