Research

During this stage of our proposal, we will be researching everything related to our issue. We will be searching for the best ways
to create our proposal, the resources we will need, deadlines, and who we need to contact in order to efficiently solve our issue.

Outline Proposal

Once we have everything researched, we will need to outline our proposal so we can get a good idea of what tasks will be involved. We may run into some issues during the outline which makes it a critical stage in planning.

Draft Proposal

This is when we will create our first draft of the proposal. This draft will be where we brainstorm, organize, and write out the sections of our proposal. At this point, we should have a significant portion of our research done and information ready to use. This will provide a good basis for editing, revising, and making a new and improved version.

Design/Edit Proposal

Great! We made it to the designing phase. Now that we have a good draft in our hands, we will edit and design the final version of our proposal. We will need graphic images, accurate formatting and efficient working skills in order to make this the best proposal ever.

Print Memo

A day before it is due (incase we have any issues printing), we will print our proposal. We will be sure to print in color and high quality. We will then bind the papers together afterwards.

We successfully printed our proposal with no printer jams and are ready to turn it in!
