RESEARCH PROJECT FORMAT:

1. All papers must have an introduction, body, and conclusion.
2. Must be at least two double-spaced pages.
3. Projects must be in essay form and you must use proper research format-ie; you must use proper quotations and cite all sources within your paper. Proper works cited or bibliography is expected. At least three sources must be used per paper. Do not use your textbook or other textbooks as sources! You may use APA or MLA style.

Rapid technological change raises several issues. The Center for Democracy and Technology is a group that looks at the impact of technological policy decisions and related issues on American society.

Read at least three or more of the headline articles from their site, and answer the following questions:

1. What issues are of concern?

2. What seems to be the viewpoint of those at CDT?

3. What might be the opposing arguments to this point of view?
