Research indicates that over 70% of employees are dissatisfied with their jobs. One of the main gripes is a perception of unfair manager conduct. On the surface, employees may appear to accept unfair treatment, but they may covertly react by seeking other employment, engaging in negative behaviors designed to “get back” some equity, and voicing their concerns to people inside and outside of the organization. In short, an organization pays for unfair treatment of employees.
