REFLECTIONS ON MANAGEMENT OF DIVERSITY

This final assignment (typed, double-spaced, 2 pages), in partial fulfillment of the requirements of Diversity Management class, involves reviewing your journal and our class discussion and material in order to respond to the following:

1. We did a number of things this semester to encourage self reflection and increased self awareness. What is something you know about yourself now that you didn't really know prior to this class?

2. Related to managing diversity, what is something you changed your mind about as a result of this class? Something you feel more certain of? Something you still don't understand?

3. We also did a number of things this semester focusing on managing diversity in organizations and the Diversity Life Cycle. In your perception, what is the number one absolute key to managing diversity effectively and creating an inclusive organizational culture (google it)? Explain.
