Recently I was told I have Bipolar. I am on Seroquel 200mg, Lamictal 300mg, Prozac 40mg. My PMD has inquired about me changing to Effexor for my Fibromyalgia. My Psyche. MD Is very concerned it will cause a mood switch to Mania. So, why not a clear Dx of Bipolar 2? What does "Mood Disorder" mean? My Psyche said it was on the Bipolar Spectrum. Where on the spectrum? I took a class on BP, so I do understand the spectrum, & B.A.D. I have had depression for 20 years on Prozac 20-40mg .What exactly is my recent Dx "Mood disorder with Depressive feature"?
