My doctor in Mayo Clinic has recommended I use infliximab for neurosarcoidosis but my insurance company will not approve the treatment saying it has not been approved by FDA for treatment of sarcoidosis. My condition is getting bad and I am appealing their decision but wanted if you have sponsored Remicade approval for sarcoid.
