Remember to cross- check yourself against the grading rubric to ensure you address each and every grading criterion. 

Part Two: Using what you have learned from the texts, the websites and the PMBOK Guide, and what you understand from the given Gauchito rocket assembly scenario and engineering specifications (Instructions) in Doc Sharing, complete the assignment for Part 2 by developing a fully decomposed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) outline using either MS Word or MS Excel. Additionally, using MS Word, answer the following questions: 

• What are the deliverables? 

• What are the tasks? The subtasks? The work packages? 

• Would any of the activities listed exceed 80 man-hours of effort? 

• How do you know if you've decomposed your WBS activities far enough? 

• Does the information given allow for control of the project? Why or why not?
