The proposal is about the enhancement program for current existing program Group Lifestyle Balance.
This program is designed for non-diabetic, overweight individuals age 18 and older who have pre-diabetes and/or the metabolic syndrome. You need to thoroughly research read about current existing group lifestyle prevention program in full and specific?
You will be using a logical model to show the overall picture of your grant. I have made a logical model with brainstorming ideas remember each point in the outlay. I provided is different from what is being currently done already. You will add your own research points as well along with you will add research articles on each of the point that I mentioned in the outlay -Any qns ask early don't wait till later.
For the role of RD's you have on out will apply the transtheoretical model of change. I have also put the staff required and on each of their responsibilities in the program be add your critical thinking and scientific supported knowledge in paper.

- STUDY DESGIN IS GOING TO BE PARALLEL
- Budget- develop a realistic budget and find resources that can be used at no or low cost
- YOU WILL justify HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE PROJECT SUSTAINABLE WITH OUT GRANT FUNDS,

- You will do the power point on this proposal presentation as well.
