Thank you for choosing ABC Financial Planning Service, we highly appreciate your reliance to us and surely bring our high quality services back for your future planning advice.

We have went through your "Fact Finding" documents and found there were some area might need extra information, just wondering if that is possible you can answer below questions for us?

1. Allianz Insurance: the Insured Amount is $610,000, does it including both Building & Content? If it does, could you please suggest the insured value for each?

This is for the building only.

2. Dependent Children:

Could you kindly suggest the period you planning to support their education, will you support them until finish university? Until they finish university and get a job.

Does John apply HELP for his university study? No we pay the Fees upfront

What is the plan for Margaret after her VCE exam, will she go to university just like John? Yes Will she plan to use HELP for her future study? Same as John up front payment

Which school does Kate go to? What is the plan for Kate after her VCE 3 years later? Seina College and university

3. Client Objectives

Holiday Yearly, could you please suggest the Size of Holiday? Will you plan have holiday in Australia only OR other country around the world? Both one time maybe Queensland islands and the next time to either Bali, or Fiji or even Thailand. How many days holiday will you plan to? We don't need very detail information but we do consider the roughly holiday budget in our advice.

New car for Wendy, Could you please suggest which particular model does Wendy want? Mazda 3 If she doesn't have a prefer model at this stage, how much will you plan to spend on this new car?

Investment Property, which suburb will you prefer to invest? Maybe Mitcham or near there What is the size of this property, do you want to buy apartment or unit? How many bedrooms in that property?No sure it depends upon how much we can afford

4. Other extra information

Do you have health insurance? Yes with Medibank the top cover for hospital and extras

Do you have insurance for your two cars? Yes

Could you please suggest the yearly expense such as food, bills, clothing, hobby and others?

This one is difficult as we do not have a budget and just spend when the bills arrive. Roughly, food is about $350 per week; electricity is about $800 a quarter; Gas is about $300 every two months; petrol is about $150 a week; clothing is difficult as it varies; telephone ( mobiles) is about $480 a month; this is about it I think not sure if I have missed any thing.

What expenses do you have on school and uni fees for your kids?

Peter informed Jenniifer that university fees for John and Margaret will be paid up front.
