The members can also provide contacts of their loved ones to enhance communication with their external support when needs arise. Secondly, the coach is responsible for inspiring a sense of belonging in the team. Members have to establish communication codes unique to ensure commitment to a common goal.
b. Ways to increase proximity
It is worth ensuring there is proximity. The feeling is essential in encouraging commitment for the realization of the objective of the team. The coach can advise members to interact closely even away from the pitch. The option to reside close to the training facility is recommendable. In cases where such is impractical, the leaders should guide the members to organize visitation to the homes of each person at least once in a month.
c. Ways to increase groups distinctiveness
The team has to adopt a uniform for training and gaming that differentiate the members from other organizations. They have to incorporate a logo communicating the vision of the team.
