Question: The competencies I used was google on the computer. Also used different sections in the lessons of the intellipath to understand the different approaches and relationships that a company can use. Follow guidance for the project of the different sections to talk about.

Competencies will help me in my career by supporting and treating customers. You do that then the customer will find trust in the products and the company that made them and keep coming back for more. Readings and the intellipath will help you gain knowledge on how to build a business and give guidelines on how to run and sales.

My product the cell phone screen projector app will be used for all ages. The app will cost little to nothing and will be provided through their cell phone provider. So, pricing will not be an issue. The goal for me is to introduce this product into the community by offering a free down load demo before purchase. I have seen some products get laughed to quickly and fail from the start. Just look at the Xbox and PlayStation. Always one must be launch quicker than the other for sales. Xbox did that ahead had problems at first with the red ring of death around the start button. One example was the updating software issues (ING 2016)

Technology and customer loyalty will support my customer relationship management plan by calling a help line number or can send an email for support if my product has an issue, broken or just needs help to figuring out how to and setting up the product. Will have in place no one waits 24 hours for a response but can get help right away. Biggest thing for technology for my relationship will be getting customer feedback and send out new product emails and what's going on the new products and everything else with the company. The customers have much right to know as the employees of the companies do. Customer loyalty will be replacing the product for free and a no hassle return policy.
