Select two of the six policy-making models identified in the Hoefer article and the Wharf and McKenzie chapter. Compare and contrast the two frameworks, thoroughly describing one strength and one limitation of each. Using real-life policy examples, explain how each policy-making model selected is helpful or not helpful for implementing that particular policy.
