Question: STEP 1 - Brainstorm and post an identified risk

Please review the Deliverables, Milestones, and Technical Requirements for the assigned case study (XSU spring concert) in our text book.

Brainstorm 1-3 risks. A risk is anything that can go wrong in relation to the items stated in bullet point 1.

Example: Failure to secure one big-name artist.

Note: as stated in the requirements of the assignment, we need a total of 4-5 risks as a team (approx 1 risk ea), however, the requirements also state that we need to place emphasis on the quality of risk (risks that have high impact on the overall case study project deliverable)

I will review all risks and select 4-5 risks that I feel would have the highest impact on the project.

I will publish a table of the identified risks and assign a team member to each risk. See step 2.

STEP 2 - Evaluate risks

Each team member to review their assigned risk and complete the Risk assessment table for their assigned task:

On a scale of 1-5 (1 very low, 5 very high) assign a rating to likelihood, impact, and detection difficulty of your assigned risk.
