I am using my veterans educational benefits to pursue a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. This is my first semester. I graduated in December with an MBA from this college (University of Texas at Tyler) I would like to use the Human Resources Management degree to start a personnel staffing agency

What experience do you have with research?

I have extensive research experience. I worked in intelligence when I was in the United States Air Force and I research legal issues all the time by reading appellate court opinions.

Tell the class anything else you wish about your personal and/or professional life roles.

I am 33 years old and married with one kid. I am originally from Lufkin but have since moved to Livingston.

Forum 2: In general, what problems and successes are you having as you conduct the review of the literature for your project? What web sites and other sources are you finding helpful for your topic? What is your key learning in this module?

Forum 3: The required discussion is related to the peer-review exercise. It is designed as learning-from-peers experience.

You need to revise your second assignment based on my feedback first, and

1. Post your revised paper here and identify a peer in the class to perform peer review for each other

Peer review need to focus on research topic, literature coverage and analysis and other details more than general comments.

Please offer constructive feedback and make suggestions for improvement. You may also challenge the authors by asking constructive questions.
