In the examples given within this discussion questions the hypotheses stated are not valid for this research question. Pressman (2016) states that a hypothesis in a correlational design should include the researcher's prediction regarding the relationship of variables. Also, the same wording should be utilized within the research question and hypothesis and in the hypotheses stated above they use the word correlation, where the research question uses the word relationship. Thus the hypothesis need to be reworded in order to have alignment. I also do not see that original hypothesis, which is something I noticed, but am unsure if it is needed.

Ha1: There is a relationship between GRE total scores and GPAs in the master's program in electrical engineering.
