Saini & Budhwa (2008) used 2 case studies. They interviewed CEO/managers and employees in those two companies to get their data. The case studied are good for getting deep knowledge in a specific context (Collis & Hussey, 2013, p. 68). As Saini & Budhwa (2008) were trying to figure out local culture's impart in SEMs, the context should be very important, so they choose case studies as their research method. However, the acquisition of cases is relied on researcher's personal social network (Saini & Budhwa, 2008), so the first disadvantage of case studies is that suitable cases are difficult to get. The second disadvantage is that interviewing process is time-consuming, and it is also hard to make sure the personal style of different interviewers would not impact the result.
