There are many way to understand and conduct business effectively. A way that I have learned that would help to promote a successful business is to basically stay aware. By being embrassing this idea will allow the business owner to prepare for potential issues that may arise. This develops a greater relationship with the current employees which ultimately develops better communication skill between the employees, manager, and owner. Good communication skills allow productivity to increase and establishes a greater financial outcome. Ultimately, following these basic suggestion promotes better employee engagement which leads to happy employees. Satisfied employees will lower the business's turnover rate.

Understanding the communication process help you conduct business more effectively because it allows us to be able conduct the appropriate context for the situation. For example, when specking with a manager I will speck to them with speck where as, if I was specking with an co workers I may joke around more. Ethical choices also helps with this too because it allows me to speck using the appropriate wording in communication. This will ensure when I am specking with an manager I am not being misinterpreted by others. I work in customer service and it is very easy for people to misunderstand what I am saying then believe I am being rude. This is something that I need to continue working on.

I will try making ethical choices by using appropriate words in my communication. I will ensure that the words I use in my daily communication do not offend or get misinterpreted by others. I was once involved in an ethical dilemma with a customer in the workplace. I asked the customer to tell me his net earnings. Unfortunately, he misunderstood my statement, and he told me it was impossible for him to get all the earnings. Understanding of the communication process can enable me to conduct any of my business more effectively. This is because, with this understanding, I will be able to use the appropriate words that fit certain contexts depending on the situation.
