Question: Forum #1: The purpose of my study to find out in flextime programs make a significant impact on employee retention, employee engagement and overall organizational culture. Without research, I believe that flextime programs do make a significant impact but would like to see if there is research to support by beliefs. It will be interesting to see if there is significant evidence that's shows companies that have flextime programs retention rates are higher than companies who do not have the program since retention can be easily tracked.

Forum #2: The purpose of my study is to obtain information that support my assumption that nepotism and favoritism in the work place can cause the turnover rate to be increased. The need to treat everyone equal and evenly develop your department and organization is essential to running a successful business.

The thought of someone being hired in a position all because of who they know baffles me at times or the person getting way with things that a normal person wouldn't have gotten away with. I hoping from this research i am able to discover ways to properly handle these types of action and re-frame from being that person. In addition, I am curious to see if there is any protocol against this type behavior.

Forum #3: The purpose of my study is to identify the problems of negative public opinion that companies face when implementing water reuse programs. Without having researched this matter myself, my general assumption is that the public opinion is negative towards water reuse programs predominately because of an overall lack of knowledge on the subject matter. By researching this matter I hope to be able to prove that the average citizens lack of knowledge on the wastewater treatment process is the reason public opinion is negative towards water reuse programs. By performing this research I hope to identify several key areas that companies can target to increase subject matter knowledge of citizens and develop a positive public opinion of water reuse programs.
