Question: Develop a Leadership and Community Engagement Project

Instructions: In this signature assignment, you will integrate what you have learned in this course and apply it to a nonprofit project in your community that you are currently involved with or would like to start. This project must be for a nonprofit organization that already exists or one that you would create. Your strategic plan must include the following elements:

• Describe the social transformation you will create

• Create a timeline for the project and benchmarks you can articulate

• Develop specific outcomes that the project will accomplish

• Discuss other people who will be involved (others in the nonprofit and volunteers)

• Create a budget and your financial strategy for raising the money

This project must use the techniques, theories, and strategies that have been discussed in this course. Finally, describe the project's design and how it would be implemented. The project must integrate at least five of the topics we have covered in this course.

Support your paper with a minimum of ten (10) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 10-15 pages not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to the Northcentral University's Academic Integrity Policy.
