1. Evaluate the conduct of Peter Lewiston against the EEOC's definition of sexual harassment.

2. Should the intent or motive behind Lewiston's conduct be considered when deciding sexual harassment activities? Explain.

3. If you were the district's EEOC officer, what would you conclude? What disciplinary action, if any, would you take?

Case 2 Yahoo Cuts the Cord on Telecommuting , Pages 149-150, ( Chapter 4) . Read the Case Study entitled, "Yahoo Cuts the Cord on Telecommuting " on pages 149-150 in Chapter 4. Then, answer all of the questions at the end of the case.

1. How can a firm know when it's a good idea to implement telecommuting or not?

2. Can you think of any other pros and cons related to telecommuting that aren't mentioned in this case?
