Question: After viewing the video Margaret Heffernan-Dare to Disagree and engaging in a conflict management assessment (See attached file), post a statement (per Hefferman's guidance) that you perceive to be ‘true'. Be prepared to constructively engage in conflicting perspectives with at least two peers and prof, as appropriate. Remember to cite at least two scholarly sources in your responses to peers' initial posts.
