The messages of the authors of these documents and resources are not necessarily aligned, given the uncertainty that exists. In this response describe what you see as the three greatest challenges facing the field of emergency management, and list three things you would do to improve the field if you could.

Technology has significantly changed the way that emergencies and disasters are managed. However, many have claimed that technology is not the ultimate answer to all of the problems that exist, and some have gone as far as to say that the increased reliance on technology builds weaknesses into the systems that exist. For this question voice your opinion on the benefits that have been gained through advancements in emergency management technology (using examples), and state whether or not you feel that that there is too much reliance on technology today.
