Question: 1.Some of the recommendations to improve these instructions would be to include the warnings, visual symbols and drawing parts to identify parts and relationships of the vacuum. Without the visuals parts or drawings, some customers might not be able to identify the parts of the vacuum. For example, International customers usually learn well when visualizing what is being described. Some of them have never heard terms that is being used in the instructions, so it is very important to use visual parts or even some video clip to illustrate appropriately instructions for the international customers. When giving instructions to the different types of people or different cultural, the warnings should also be described and clearly explained to make sure every customer is aware of any harm that could happen while performing the task.

I had to read these instructions a couple times to make sure I understood what is being said in the instructions. I felt like they were very vague and not very informative.

2. Personally, I would buy another product that was manufactured by this company if the product suited my needs and the price was in my budget. If the only issue was the instructions that were not clear or understandable, I could watch the YouTube videos or use google for further help if I liked the product and the price worth it.

3. I once bought the TV stander on Amazon and I was not sure if I could put the parts together by myself. I called one of my friend for help but she was not available that day. I decided to try the instructions and see if I can do it by myself. The instructions were well written, clear, and very understandable. I found them very effective because they included illustrations and design which helped me to identify the parts and relationships. They also had a link that was linked to a You Tube video to show you how to put together the TV stander. The warnings were readable and explained in clear way. What I liked the most is how the steps were organized in the proper sequence.
