3. What is the best way to ensure the implementation of an organizational change?

Question 4: Communication Plan
Include the following context in the communication plan:
1. What stakeholders require communication?
2. What will be communicated to them?
3. Who will send the communication?
4. What communication medium will be used?

Question 5: Implementation Plan
Include the following context in the implementation plan:
1. Major implementation steps
2. Key criteria for success
3. Summary of Question 1-5
