Question 2: What do you think about employers using the Internet to check into the online postings and personas of job candidates? Does this practice pose any legal concerns? Ethical concerns?

Question 3: Potential employers have a responsibility to conduct background checks to avoid negligent hiring, and yet most companies have policies that prevent disclosing anything more than dates of previous employment. So what's an employer to do?
