a) Research and find an example online of two difficult business decisions.

b) Write a paragraph in your own words to describe each decision (1/2 to 1 page total).

c) Write another paragraph for each decision to discuss which approach would you use to make the decision and why (1/2 to 1 page total).

a) On day 51 a project has an earned value of $650, an actual cost of $690, and a planned cost of $590. Compute the SV, CV, and CPI for the project. What is your assessment of the project on day 51?

b) Given the project network and baseline information below, complete the form to develop a status report for the project at the end of period 5 and the end of period 9.

c) From the data you have collected and computed for periods 5 and 9, what information are you prepared to tell the customer about the status of the project at the end of period 9?
