Why or Why not?

Question 15: You are working in the Human Resources department. There are two teams in the marketing department of your organization. Both the teams have been assigned different tasks. But, these teams are interdependent on each other, and have to work in coordination. As a manager, what strategies would you adopt, to maximize the mutual understanding and minimize the conflicts among both the teams?
