Question - The Reflective Exercises

Working for sustainability takes many forms, from personal lifestyle choices to activism to policies and laws. Reflect/discuss (on) how likely you think sustainability can be achieved solely by individuals taking responsibility without the addition of systemic changes?

Find a case study of some classical environmental business failures that took years to develop, such as Bhopal (Union Carbide) the Cod fishery, and make notes of the two or three key causes and main lessons learned to prevent such a repeat (Hint: Wikipedia has a great list of environmental catastrophes).

Your response should be typed and written in APA format and not more than three pages excluding title page, abstract and case studies Conclusion reference pages.
