WEEK ONE ASSIGMENT -

Introduction

The article titled "examining psychopathy from an attachment perspective: the role of fear of rejection and abandonment" as part of the Journal of Forensic Psychiatry & Psychology describes a key aspect of psychopathy and failure that may truly connect to interpersonal mechanisms. There are different dynamics which underlie and work as per the distance from others which at times may attach negatively to the anxiety and even form responsible ideas along with anxiety. The attachment dimensions of interpersonal deficits is such that may lead to development of psychopathy and moreover interpersonally become deceptive of dimensional concept as well.

Psychopathy as a concept is not only complex but is also multifaceted as it can express affectively and behave in a reckless manner. When it comes to psychopathy, there are two facets that complete this concept. For example there is one facet which includes affective-interpersonal facet that is negatively related to fear and anxiety whereas there is another idea of behavioral lifestyle and under this facet there is positive correlation between anxiety and depression. Be it the low fear temperament or the impulsive temperament, all of it leads to adult psychopathy and even develops personal interface with that of the environmental factors as involved in neglecting and even abusive parenting. Psychopathy is said to be associated with the proper relationship distress and breakdown as well (Jan Conradi, Dithe Boertien, Cavus & Verschuere, 2016). Psychopathic individuals also need to quickly engage and arrange themselves into relationships with others so that authentic commitment and difficulties in forming close relationships between people can be maintained and formed at the same time. There are certain parent-child interactions as well which have helped in determining cognitive ideas and aspects of social connectedness as well.

This article does provide multiple perspective in the sense that psychopathy is more related to medical development and attachment of criminals to that of affectionless psychopathy. It has also been seen that psychopathy related disorders have been part of the preoccupied attachment and even administers the forensic samples as it is associated with the semi-structured development and extracted official records as well. Psychopathy as a concept is also such that it lacks any form of significant association or even lacks the actual power which has administered different dimensions. There is a tri-PM measure of psychopathy that involves behavioral style facet known by the name of disinhibition, boldness and even meanness which involves affective interpersonal facet known by the name of callous aggression (Jan Conradi, Dithe Boertien, Cavus & Verschuere, 2016).

This article also assesses the real idea or link between the psychopathy and attachment that coincides with the real time limitations as found in comparison to small sizes. There are individuals who may score higher than the behavioral lifestyle facet and even avoid any kind of affective-interpersonal facet that may or may not believe in the environmental factors. Hyper-activation of attachment system is also such that it had to follow proximity as well as provide support to the validating attention as well. Anger and anxiety are thus important components that are seen in the personality measure for perceiving things that are part of the option. Intense painful feelings of rejection and abandonment are therefore also responsible for alternating and measuring all kinds of strategies be it activating or deactivating. It is also seen that behavioral lifestyle facet is all that is required to be a part of the attachment anxiety and is one that can be anticipated for better returns and development as well (Jan Conradi, Dithe Boertien, Cavus & Verschuere, 2016).

It is also seen in the article that certain callous and unemotional traits are also positively related to the attachment avoidance and even negatively attaches to the actual anxiety in place. Interpersonally deceptiveness tends to avoid intimate relationship and even experience all forms of anxiety as present about rejection, etc. It is impulsive and irresponsible for traits to connect with anxiety and even reject any idea of intimate relationship. It is also said that apart from gaining any kind of attention in place, it is hyper-activation and attention that needs to get involved in the actual approval process. Be it anxiety or connection with impulsive behavior, there are high chances that antisocial behavior may also disturb the actual behavioral style. It can also be seen as discussed in the attachment anxiety that both psychopathy and attachment appear largely on the basis of gender-invariance. A certain limit as defined by the statistical power in the smaller male sample is also one that relates anxiety to that of deactivating strategies. It is simply difficult to stay in proximity with the highest score measure and the callous-unemotional trait which it indicates for work related purpose (Jan Conradi, Dithe Boertien, Cavus & Verschuere, 2016). There are certain deactivating strategies that leave apart any form of simply interactive behavior that defines real understanding and even fear of rejection.

Conclusion

The different research methods that one can use for the psychopathy traits are such that they tend to form intimate relationship with the people. There are also certain fear of rejection that people may or may not take up as that too seems drive by fear and rejection at the same time. There are different associations as well which have observed certain important aspects that focus on improving manipulative psychopathy and even one that reduces maladaptive or impulsively responsible ideas. There are alliances and implications as well which tend to develop as part of the real strategy which is otherwise absent in the working alliance with that of the therapist.
