Quality Assessment of a Company

Write a 5-7 page research paper that synthesizes at least ten references, comparing and contrasting their ideas.  Use reputable business publications, e.g., Business Week, Forbes, New York Times business section, and  Jstor and ProQuest databases in the SHU online library to select your references.  Assignment: select a company that interests you, one large enough that information will be available.  Research their quality planning, implementation, quality effectiveness, and customer reactions.  One way is to start with common customer complaints (airline seats too crowded) and work back through company responses, although organize your work as it makes sense for the company situation. Using the major topics in our text as your guide to ensure you leave no major aspect of quality unaddressed in your paper. Se sure to address the ethical and social-justice issues inherent in the organization's quality situation.
