Kindly locate and read three scholarly research articles on the role of leadership in managing quality and safety initiatives in healthcare in Saudi Arabia. Based on the readings, prepare a power point presentation summarizing the three leadership styles you researched, and their pros and cons as they relate to quality and safety initiatives. Then share which style of leadership more closely aligns with your current leadership style. Then explain the impact leadership styles have on Saudi healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
